Google BigQuery & Looker Studio

The Business Intelligence Package lets you build custom reports and dashboards on your Daktela data in Google Looker Studio.

How it works

Looker Studio is not connected directly to your Daktela instance β€” pulling report data live from the API would put unnecessary load on it. Instead:

  1. Daktela syncs your contact centre data into a dedicated Google BigQuery dataset.
  2. You connect Google Looker Studio (or another BI tool of your choice) to that BigQuery dataset and build your own interactive reports.

Daktela manages the data export, synchronisation, and monitoring on the BigQuery side. Report design in Looker Studio is up to you.

Availability

The Business Intelligence Package is a managed, paid add-on set up by our sales team β€” it's not a self-service feature and isn't included by default.
